• SPA – 110 WPM Shorthand + 40 WPM Typing
• PA – 100 WPM Shorthand + 40 WPM Typing

🔹 SPA Shorthand:
• 110 WPM
• 550 words in 5 minutes
• 45 min transcription
• 120 marks
• Max 27.5 mistakes
• More than 27.5 = Disqualified
🔹 PA Shorthand:
• 100 WPM
• 500 words in 5 minutes
• 45 min transcription
• 110 marks
• Max 25 mistakes
• More than 25 = Disqualified
🔹 Two Shorthand Tests will be conducted; best of two considered.
🔹 Main Exam: 100 Marks | 120 Minutes
• Essay – 40
• Letter – 15
• Grammar & Comprehension – 25
• Hindi → English – 10
• English → Hindi – 10
🔹 Interview: 15 Marks
• No minimum qualifying marks.
🔹 Final Merit:
Shorthand + Main Exam + Interview
